Summer Children's Programs
"Catch the Reading Bug"
Summer Reading Program kick-off at the ND Heritage Center
May 30th 10am-4 pm
Join us for a hopping good time as we start the summer with a celebration. Sign up for the summer reading program, pick up your reading logs, and explore the many activities offered for all ages.
If you are unable to attend the kick off, you can still sign up for the summer reading program at the library or on the bookmobile through the month of June. Prizes are awarded all summer long so don't miss out. This program is free and open to readers of all ages.
Tiny Tot Tales:
Wednesdays ~ 11:00 a.m.
June & July (no programs June 30-July 4)
For children 1 - 3 years of age.
Preschool Story Time:
For children 3--6 years old
June & July (no programs June 30-July4)
This story time is offered twice a week. Choose the time that works best for you.
Action packed half hour of fun with stories, finger plays, puppets, music and games.
Tuesdays ~ 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Craft & Story Time.
Wednesdays ~ 10:15 - 10:45 a.m.
Big Kid Theatre: (pre-registration required)
Two separate sessions of Big Kid Theatre will be held this summer, one in June and one in July. Fee is $4.00 per session. Sign up at the library.
Kindergarten through 3rd graders meet on Thursdays from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
4th through 6th graders meet on Thursdays from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
